Palkana is an integrated Iraqi construction and engineering company founded in 2008, built on a vision to deliver excellence across every stage of the built environment. Since its establishment, the company has evolved into a multi-sector organization delivering integrated engineering solutions across construction, energy, and manufacturing products from metal sheets.
Palkana provides comprehensive, turnkey project delivery across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors—managing every phase from planning and procurement to execution and final handover with disciplined project control and uncompromising quality standards.
Over the years, the company has expanded its capabilities beyond core construction to include advanced electrical systems, renewable energy solutions such as solar power, and mechanical services—supporting modern, efficient, and sustainable developments across Iraq.
Strengthening its integrated model, Palkana also inaugurated the Lalo Factory in Sulaymaniyah for the manufacturing of electrical panels and a wide range of products derived from metal sheets. The inauguration of Lalo Factory in Sulaymaniyah represents a major step in enhancing local production capabilities and supporting industrial growth in Iraq.

2008
Our organization was founded on a commitment to excellence, spearheading pioneering projects throughout Iraq, supported by a highly credentialed and specialized workforce.
2009
Established three divisions: General Contracting, Formwork & Concrete, and Electrical Works, while initiating investment partnerships in residential projects.
2010
We have facilitated residential partnerships and delivered turnkey solutions through disciplined project oversight and quality excellence.
2012
Became the exclusive distributor for Schneider products in Sulaymaniyah, strengthening our presence in the local market of Iraq.
2019
Started assembling electrical panels and became a partner for EAE Busduct systems throughout Iraq.
2024
Expanded services to include solar energy systems, supporting the transition toward balanced and environmentally friendly clean energy solutions.
2026
We inaugurated the Lalo Factory in Sulaymaniyah for manufacturing all kinds of boards and various products from various metal sheet products.
